Falls Church, VA, Feb. 17, 2012-- Current Jobs for Graduates Announces New Liberal Arts Internship Bulletin

Entry-level job finder Current Jobs for Graduates launches a new tool for college students seeking internships in liberal arts fields, free to try in February.

Falls Church, VA, February 17, 2012 – Current Jobs for Graduates today announced the launch of Current Internships in Liberal Arts, a database offering information on internships, fellowships and co-ops for students of the liberal arts.  It will join the company’s seven other job vacancy bulletins, all with a focus on entry-level opportunities in the liberal arts, arts and humanities.  The internship bulletin is intended to narrow down the overwhelming amount of internship opportunities to those specific to the liberal arts, plus introduce students to potential fields they may not have considered before.

“It is no secret that entering the job market today is tougher than ever.  Liberal arts students have a well-rounded education that can prepare them for many potential careers, but a little specific experience in areas like history, political science, cultural studies, foreign language, social sciences and the like can really give them a boost in getting that first job,” stated Rebecca Foster, Owner/President of Current Jobs for Graduates.  “Many of our subscribing schools have been asking about an internship bulletin for years, so we thought it was time.”

Current Internships in Liberal Arts will be updated daily with new opportunities, averaging 150 new listings per month.  To give potential subscribers a good feel for what the service is all about, the database will be open for free public view during the entire month of February 2012.  Interested individuals or schools can access more information and a link to the bulletin at /internships.html.

Current Jobs for Graduates began in 1990 as a single entry-level job vacancy bulletin for liberal arts graduates.  Since then it has grown dramatically, branching into 6 additional sub-categories in the liberal arts, arts and humanities.  Over 1500 colleges and universities have used Current Jobs bulletins as a valuable student resource for new graduates.
